Photo, Video & Audio Release Consent

By participating in the NJ Film Expo, I grant full permission to SANJ LLC, the sole organizer and owner of NJ Film Expo, to capture and use my image, likeness, and voice through photography, video, and audio recordings taken during the event. I understand that by attending this public event, I may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by SANJ LLC and by third-party media outlets, exhibitors, or participants. I acknowledge that there is no expectation of privacy in public or event spaces and that my appearance may be included in publicly distributed content without further notice or compensation. I authorize SANJ LLC to use, reproduce, and publish such recordings in any format, including print, digital, and broadcast media, and to share them with media partners or collaborators for promotional and editorial purposes. I release and hold harmless SANJ LLC and its partners from any claims related to the use of these recordings, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity.
